Join me for 3 hours and connect with yourself, your creative self-expression and with other like-minded souls. Experience mindfulness, flow and relaxing creative play in these warm, friendly and non-judgemental sessions. No art experience or abilities necessary. Here the focus is on applying the attitudes of mindfulness to creative play. Anyone! This workshop is suitable for complete beginners who’ve not picked up a pencil since childhood. It is also suitable for experienced and confident artists. This is not an art instruction workshop (although guidance and tips are available). The emphasis of the workshop is not on producing “perfect” or “good” art - it is about bringing the attitudes of mindfulness to our creative self expression. It is about giving yourself permission to play and explore and to find the beauty in your creations. It is about giving yourself a few precious hours to connect relax, play and create, to reconnect with your own creativity and joy and share the experience with other like-minded souls.

Optional Art Kit £55

Don’t have any of your own art supplies and feel overwhelmed or confused by what to get?

At the request of previous participants, I have curated a beginners kit that will provide all the tools you need to start sketching. These are good value, decent quality basics (it’s easy to spend a small fortune on art supplies which I would not advise if you’re just getting started or experimenting).

You can click the affiliate links below and purchase them yourself or you can purchase the kit and have it waiting for you on the day of the workshop. I make a negligible profit on this - it’s really just to make your life easy!

The kit includes:
