What do I offer?
1-2-1 Private Coaching
In 1-2-1 private coaching we discuss some goals you might have (such as stress reduction, increasing self-confidence or clarity around life direction) and essentially facilitate you to reflect on and determine where you are now, where you want to get to and how you might get there. Sessions can be virtual in or in person (location depending). Get in touch to arrange a half hour chemistry call.
Group workshops and courses
I offer a range of group workshops and courses around a number of different themes from pure mindfulness training to mindful sketching and more.
